About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Field Services Technician to provide leadership and guidance to our field services team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for mentoring and supervising field staff, ensuring effective planning and coordination, and maintaining a proactive safety approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and adhering to our company's values and vital behaviors.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to field staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist the Field Coordinator in planning and managing field staff and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead soil, AC, RC, and DD sampling, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Maintain stock control and ordering of field services and drilling consumables, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Participate in onboarding suppliers, ensuring seamless integration with our operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate all earthworks, ensuring all work is completed to program requirements.
  • Facilitate pre-shift meetings, ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Update and report on ESG and safety compliance, ensuring our company remains committed to sustainability and responsible practices.
