About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, working directly with the Managing Director to drive the successful delivery of Sustainable Infrastructure Systems (SIS) contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budgets.
  • Provide technical and commercial expertise to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee risk management strategies, ensuring all project risks are identified, mitigated, and managed.
  • Leverage knowledge of composites to support and advance project development.
  • Ensure positive project cash flow and sound financial management.
  • Interpret and oversee 2D and 3D construction drawings, ensuring all technical requirements for FRP products are met.
  • Deliver presentations and lead information sessions with clients, investors, and technical bodies.
  • Assist the Sales Team by providing expert insights during the sales process.
  • Manage client relationships and be accountable for bid submissions, quotations, and tenders.
  • Promote SIS products and build strong partnerships with Government bodies, infrastructure authorities, and engineering contractors.
  • Collaborate with international production and engineering teams to stay ahead of technical innovations.
  • Build, lead, and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in managing project risks, budgets, and time lines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and provide technical oversight.
  • Experience with Fibre-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) products or similar composite materials is highly desirable.
