Wollondilly Community Development Specialist

This is a pivotal leadership position that oversees the development of strategic plans to enhance wellbeing, equity, and resilience across Wollondilly.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to create healthy built environments that foster social inclusion and equity.
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategies for social and community planning, along with related assessments.
- Provide expert advice to inform decision-making and shape healthy environments.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Planning, Social Work/Social Sciences, Urban Planning, Public Health, or related fields.
- A valid NSW Class C Driver's Licence & current Working with Children's Check.
- A comprehensive understanding of the relationship between the built environment and health and wellbeing outcomes.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing social and community planning strategies.
