Horse Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and capable individual to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and skills in horse training, handling methods specific to dressage and showjumping.

The selected candidate will possess excellent horsemanship skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop effective training regimes and feeding plans for horses.
  • Maintain accurate records of horse training data and reports for owners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement training regimes and feeding plans.
  • Provide exceptional communication skills to take instruction and provide information.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety obligations and safely operating equipment and handling horses.
Requirements:
