The Role

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our Excellence squad and focus on crafting and cultivating a compelling culture, ways of working, and experience for our Data and Technology teams.

The successful candidate will provide expert strategic advice, guidance, and quality service to internal clients in relation to all HR matters and take a leading role in creating the cultural and compliance framework to support our overall people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to leaders on their strategy and future business needs, linking those to people requirements, plans, and change programs.
  • Interpret and provide robust counsel to senior leaders regarding policies, programs, and practices.
  • Manage complex people issues and lead strategic and operational matters.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and coaching to leaders on people and general management issues.
  • Draw upon the expertise of our well-established People & Culture Centres of Excellence.
  • Enable the development and implementation of People & Culture programs and policies.

About You

You'll be an experienced Human Resources professional with expert knowledge of generalist or specialist human resources policies and practices. You'll bring significant capability in business partnering and be a strategic leader who can lead by example.

You'll be a creative, original thinker who's not constrained by the status quo and continuously strives to improve the way we work. With exceptional people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, you'll be able to drive innovation by partnering with the business through initiatives to solve business challenges and target opportunities.
