The Role

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Squad Lead. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you'll be responsible for leading the Excellence squad and focusing on crafting and cultivating a compelling culture, ways of working, and experience for our Data and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to leaders on people requirements, plans, and change programs.
  • Interpret and provide robust counsel to senior leaders on policies, programs, and practices.
  • Manage complex people issues and lead strategic and operational matters.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and coaching to leaders on people and general management issues.
  • Draw upon the expertise of our well-established People & Culture Centres of Excellence.
  • Enable the development and implementation of People & Culture programs and policies.

About You

You'll be an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in generalist or specialist human resources policies and practices. You'll have significant capability in business partnering and be a strategic leader who can lead by example. You'll be a creative, original thinker who's not constrained by the status quo and continuously strives to improve the way we work.
