About Our Role

As a Trainee Travel Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in travel consulting and work closely with our experienced team members. This role involves assisting senior consultants with various tasks, including general office administration duties and learning about airfares, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior consultants with phone reception, contacting airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and clients.
  • Learn about airfares and update them on our website.
  • Gain knowledge of travel consulting, including arranging flights, hotels, tours, cruises, car hire, and travel insurance.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a recent school leaver who has a Year 10 School Certificate or higher education. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be open to embracing new challenges, motivated, and results-driven. You should also be dedicated, flexible, and proactive.
