We are seeking an experienced Senior / Principal Civil Engineer to join our team at Bayside Group. As a key member of our Civil's team, you will be responsible for leading the design of urban development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of urban development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial subdivisions.
  • Manage design projects, bids/tenders, and project manage significant urban development projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers.
  • Drive innovative and sustainable urban design.
  • Embrace a hybrid work environment with options for work-from-home and flexible schedules.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in urban land development design.
  • Experience and exposure to design management, bids/tender development, and people management.
  • RPEQ Certification or the ability to obtain this.
  • Good understanding of 12 D design.
  • Australian working rights required.
