Job OverviewThis role is part of our Infrastructure, Assets & Places group and involves providing transaction, commercial, and financial advice on major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our Brisbane-based infrastructure team, comprising Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in the procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects, preferably in areas such as:
- Developing commercial or financial advice to support clients with their planning, procurement, and delivery of infrastructure investments.
- Developing procurement process documentation, particularly for highly interactive, complex, and multi-phase procurement processes.
- Management of interactive tender processes, including transaction management services and evaluation phase coordination.
- Developing business cases and analysing procurement and delivery options for infrastructure delivery.
- Developing go-to-market transaction strategies and undertaking market sounding activities.
- Stakeholder engagement and coordination of multidisciplinary inputs into various transaction, procurement, and commercial documentation.
- Development of commercial documentation to support construction contracts, including commercial principles and frameworks.
- Leveraging sector experiences from transport, energy, social infrastructure, real estate, or water projects.
We are seeking an experienced professional with relevant skills and qualifications, including:
- Recent experience in professional services firms or government associated with infrastructure.
- Tertiary qualifications and highly developed written and oral communication skills.

Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, which ranges between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
