Team Lead, Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Solutions team at DSV Road Transport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing freight flow to and from our warehouse, as well as invoicing, issuing credit returns, and liaising with customers and transport providers.
Key Responsibilities- Freight Flow Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of our Solutions team, ensuring that workloads are allocated and freight is processed efficiently.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing authoritative advice and guidance on medium-term issues and service level agreements.
- Operational Procedures: Establish and maintain operational procedures, key performance indicators, and training activities to ensure compliance and service requirements are met.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring they have completed induction and training programs, and are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Compliance and Audits: Ensure all activities in the warehouse are carried out in accordance with documented Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and compliance guidelines, and conduct regular compliance audits.
- Experience: You will have experience in a similar role or substantial administrative experience, including an accounts function.
- Skills: You will have a strong understanding of P&L, customer accounts, OH&S policies, and legislative requirements in regard to warehouse operations and people management.
- Technical Skills: You will have experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
