Job Opportunity: Inclusive Education Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Inclusive Education Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering learning support programs that cater to individual student needs.
  • They will work closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement co-teaching models of instruction, ensuring that all students have access to high-quality education.
  • Additionally, the Inclusive Education Specialist will communicate effectively with parents and case-manage students identified with additional learning needs.

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess postgraduate qualifications in Inclusive Education or Special Education, or demonstrate a willingness to pursue such qualifications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver learning support programs tailored to individual student needs
  2. Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement co-teaching models
  3. Communicate effectively with parents and case-manage students with additional learning needs
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:
