Billing Officer Role

Our company is seeking a skilled Billing Officer to manage the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Issuing invoices and credits
  • Managing account status and balances
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring clients remain informed on outstanding debts and deadlines
  • Preparing thorough reports on billing activity
  • Performing month-end reconciliations on revenue accounts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2-3+ years of accounting experience
  • Degree in Accounting or relevant field
  • Experience working with accounting software
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Great attention to detail
