The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled PR Executive to join our E-Commerce & Marketing Team. As the PR Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR and influencer strategies to improve Sephora's brand awareness and presence in the market. You will work closely with our local PR Agencies to manage media and influencer relations, events, and key partnerships, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented in the media and among our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PR and influencer strategies to improve Sephora's brand awareness and presence in the market.
  • Manage media and influencer relations, events, and key partnerships to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Work closely with our local PR Agencies to ensure effective execution of PR and influencer strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers and media outlets to secure product placements and feature stories.
  • Manage and execute media events, including seasonal showcases and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to ensure that our brand is consistently represented in the media.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PR/Influencer Relations in the Retail/E-Commerce industry, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
  • Excellent understanding of existing and emerging social platforms, trends, and KOLs.
  • Solid understanding of the Australian beauty media landscape.
  • Experience in event management.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking.
  • Understands the importance of team culture and dynamics.
