The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our JT Surf Elizabeth Store in a casual role. As a Sales Assistant, you'll contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and other staff members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable shopping experiences
  • Assisting with stock control and upholding elevated visual merchandising standards
  • Achieving and exceeding store sales targets and other KPIs
  • Maintaining high standards around store operations, including cleanliness and safety

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
  • The ability to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods and lifting stock
  • Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
  • Availability to work late nights, Saturdays, and Sundays, and some public holidays
