Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied and engaged.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
