About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Central Planning Coordinator to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our AutoGlass service centre network by maximizing productivity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple AutoGlass service centres in workforce scheduling to improve overall productivity
  • Promote accountability for productivity KPIs and provide reporting to ensure transparency amongst leaders
  • Conduct audits and reviews of productivity and scheduling to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement action plans to address productivity gaps and optimize scheduling
  • Manage ADHOC scheduling and systems enquiries from the service centre network

Requirements
  • Technology proficiency, including MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build effective relationships
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) to convey complex information
  • Demonstrated abilities in analytical thinking and problem-solving to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
