
Sales and Inventory Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Merchandise professional to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with local farmers, primary producers and trade customers.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching of goods.
- You will assist customers with pricing and product queries, process counter sales and maintain safety processes.
- An ideal candidate will also assist with merchandise campaign material, maintain a welcoming, friendly and well-presented store environment, and loading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries.
- Success in this role requires teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about Australian farming and agriculture, with a keen interest in animal health and rural merchandise.
- Ideal candidates bring experience from a sales environment but we welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
- You demonstrate:
- Effective verbal communication skills for building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- A proactive work approach and practical organisational abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Sound problem-solving skills and empathy for resolving customer concerns promptly.
- The ability to identify opportunities for improving internal sales processes.
- Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A current driver's licence is required, and while a forklift licence is highly regarded, it's not essential.
