Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading shifts, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams on shift to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for Mexican food and delivering an exceptional guest experience
