Restaurant Supervisor – Tweed City

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind every shift. From leading your team to delivering exceptional customer service to making sure everything runs smoothly, you'll take ownership and keep things moving in the right direction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead your team on shift to deliver excellent customer service and smooth operations
  • Coach and develop team members while maintaining a positive work environment
  • Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met
  • Uphold the Mad Mex culture in all interactions with guests and staff
Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for Mexican food and delivering an epic guest experience
