We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to deliver effective case work services to children and young people in Out-of-Home-Care and Permanency Support Programs.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Manage a caseload effectively and meet individual targets.
  • Develop, implement, and review individual case plans to address the emotional, social, behavioural, developmental, and educational needs of children and young people.
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people and report any concerns immediately.
Requirements:">
  • A tertiary qualification in social work or a relevant field is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in casework practice, preferably in Out-of-Home-Care, is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work with children and young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties is required.
