Job Description

Our client is a leading restaurant brand with a strong reputation for innovation and growth. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our supply chain and finance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical analysis and define business logic to support data mapping and governance.
  • Document functional requirements and associated business processes to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Analyze business systems and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies to drive business growth.
  • Plan and support project delivery and management to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project plans and business cases to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Establish user acceptance testing scripts and acceptance criteria to ensure system quality.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders to ensure system meets requirements.
  • Manage defects and enhancements raised during testing to ensure system stability.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in client and stakeholder management to ensure effective communication.
  • Strong facilitation and workshop skills to drive collaboration and decision-making.
  • 5+ years of experience in solution development and implementation to ensure technical expertise.
  • Extensive experience in developing functional requirements documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Functional expertise in supply chain, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems to ensure technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with current Master Data practices and Data Governance to ensure data quality.
  • Proficiency in data integration, data transformation concepts, and mapping data requirements across different applications.
  • Strong verbal and numerical communication skills to ensure effective communication.
  • Experience with ERP systems, whether through implementation, change management, or administration.
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle management to ensure informed decision-making.
