Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and agree on reporting and analytics business requirements.
- Assist in documenting, reviewing, and supporting approvals of project scope and requirements.
- Participate in workshops and ensure the inclusion of relevant team members to validate design implementation.
- Work with business and technical SMEs to lead impact assessments, detailed analysis, and requirements gathering for management and analytical reporting.
- Contribute to change plans, communications, and training for relevant reports.
- Support testing, including creating test scripts, performing testing, and providing potential solutions to resolve errors.
- Work with integration and data engineers to ensure data sources are validated, leading to successful delivery of data pipelines, modeling, and reporting on our analytics platform.
- 3-5+ years of experience in an insights-driven business and/or data analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in various data and insight-based software, including Excel, Google Sheets, database querying, and Tableau.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong change management and leadership skills to support implementation change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate, and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to motivate others, track progress, and collaborate effectively with peers.
