Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper to join our finance team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Xero bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and reporting
  • Processing high-volume transactions with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports to stakeholders
  • Assisting with month-end processes and change management projects
  • Developing proactive relationships with key stakeholders and identifying errors for rectification

Requirements:

  • End-to-end Xero accounting skills
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of importing/exporting CSV files
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Appropriate certifications/qualifications in Accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization skills
  • Self-motivated, self-managed, and proactive approach
  • Advanced Microsoft and Xero Accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
