We're on the lookout for either:
- An established leader with experience in the vocational/nonprofit sector who is passionate about driving positive change, or
- An experienced marketing professional ready to take the next step in their career and lead transformational campaigns in an organisation with purpose.
About the Role: The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in raising the profile of this NFP's significant cause. You will oversee the design and execution of annual marketing, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans aimed at achieving strategic goals of awareness, advocacy, profit, and engagement.

Responsibilities
1. Leadership - Inspire and support the marketing team by promoting a high-performance culture aligned with the organisation's values and philosophies. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the success of branding and marketing strategies.
2. Strategic Marketing - Under the direction of the CEO, lead initiatives across fundraising, stakeholder engagement, promotions, and traditional/digital media.
3. Media Management - Build relationships with media partners and outlets, ensuring impactful media coverage. Manage campaigns, PR activities, and respond to media inquiries with professionalism.
4. Brand Management - Maintain and grow brand positioning. Ensure consistency across digital channels, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
5. Events & Campaign Planning - Lead the planning and execution of impactful community events and awareness campaigns in collaboration with the CEO. Build strong external relationships with venues, sponsors, and volunteers.
6. Publications & Writing - Oversee production of marketing collateral, annual reports, newsletters, and impactful media pieces.
7. Financial Management - Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met consistently across marketing activities.
8. People Skills - Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, advocating for continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
