Job Title: Demand and Supply Planner

We are Joolca, a Melbourne-based outdoor eCommerce brand with a strong international presence. Our mission is to provide high-quality outdoor gear to customers worldwide, and we're looking for a skilled Demand and Supply Planner to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and supply planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand forecasts, inventory targets, and lead times.
  • Identify potential supply constraints or excess inventory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Raise purchase orders with overseas suppliers, follow up on orders, and ensure timely shipment.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party warehouses to ensure smooth logistics.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP software is an advantage.
