Site Operations Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities management and building maintenance across multiple industrial sites.
This includes overseeing designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset, and vendor management programs, as well as facilities administration duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure service delivery expectations are met.
- Manage the delivery of customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings.
- Conduct regular site inspections and complete detailed reports within set timeframes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and client contracts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors and coordinate works in conjunction with the account team.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on service outputs to achieve standards against KPI's and service level targets.
- Prior experience working in an industrial environment is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities, or Trade-related fields are desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of technical aspects of property management is advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills and experience in front and back-office processes are required.
- Excellent customer service focus and people skills are necessary to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing operational facilities with hard FM skills is essential.
