Job Summary:

As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit goals within your department by setting a clear plan to deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs) for your department and take proactive measures to maximise sales growth.
  • Lead the implementation of the Hello Member program in line with country-specific targets.
  • Ensure your team consistently meets H&M's high standards and utilises the Customer Experience Tool to monitor progress.
  • Evaluate and manage team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance development reviews, and developing strategies to enhance performance.
  • Proactively work with a talent pipeline within your department to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • A positive, inclusive, and creative leader who thrives on interacting with colleagues and customers on the shop floor.
  • A commercial mindset and coaching approach, motivated by seeing actions translate into results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective delegation, follow-up, and constructive feedback to develop the team.
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.
