The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Organiser to join our team in Latrobe. As a key member of our intake team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the effective delivery of our Home Care programs. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients and their carers, and ensuring that their care needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and their carers
  • Manage office systems and supplies
  • Monitor and manage group email inboxes, post, and other forms of communication
  • Manage database entries and documentation
  • Escalate and manage client enquiries, complaints, and incidents
Requirements
  • Experience in intake processes and community services
  • Previous administrative and rostering/scheduling experience
  • Experience with accounts software and CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within the aged care sector
