About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join Officeworks at our Northern Beaches stores. The successful applicant will bring a proven track record of achievement in retail management, while demonstrating a highly engaging and collaborative style to drive a positive and safe culture in store.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a large and successful team of approximately 30+ members, providing coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success.
- Develop a strong understanding of the store team and provide training and coaching in safety, leading from the front in terms of workplace health and safety.
- Ensure the effective operation of the store, maximizing sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to budget.
About You
- Previous experience in a senior retail management role, with a minimum of 30+ team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Flexible availability across our span of hours.
- A strong understanding of retail operations and previous experience working to KPIs and budgets.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated people leadership and safety management.
