Job Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Sandwich Craftsman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Preparing sandwiches, baguettes, and burgers according to our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Training will be provided.
- Ensuring high-quality food products, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and accurately taking customer orders.
- Maintaining a clean working environment, adhering to food safety guidelines, and utilising our Point of Sale (POS) system where possible.
- Prioritising customer satisfaction by preparing orders promptly and accurately.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

- Experience in making sandwiches, including baguettes and burgers.
- Proficiency in sandwich-hand techniques and ingredient combinations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Flexible availability, including weekends, is required.
