About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches to order, using precise cutting techniques to ensure presentation and quality standards are met.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and promote brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in food preparation or retail sales is preferred but not essential, as we offer full training and support.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as required by the business.
