About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a team of claims consultants and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coach, and motivate a team to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Monitor and support the management of claims portfolios, including workload prioritization, claim review, and authorization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic activities to improve Claims performance.

Expected Outcomes:

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving claim cost performance, delivering exceptional service levels, achieving high quality results, building a highly engaged team, and fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A well-developed understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance obligations in the FSR environment.
  • Previous experience in a team leadership or equivalent role, preferably with extensive Home Claims experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate people, analyze and resolve problems, innovate, and develop processes and procedures.
