Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Emergency or Critical Care nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays
