We are seeking a digital marketing expert who can develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead cross-functional teams and own the digital roadmap across multiple brands.
Your primary focus is on delivering measurable results, driving traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales in a highly competitive market. You must have hands-on expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver end-to-end digital strategies that meet business objectives.
- Manage paid campaigns with a sharp focus on return on investment (ROI) and cost of sale.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and ranking.
- Evaluate and optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Drive data-driven CRO initiatives through A/B testing and analytics insights.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Align closely with sales teams and store managers to support business goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and customer acquisition.
- Hands-on expertise in Shopify, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- A commercial mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions without senior oversight.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in building supplies or trade industries.
- Understanding of price-sensitive markets.
- Familiarity with ERP and e-commerce integrations.
- Experience with product feed optimization and marketplace advertising.
