Job Title: Security Officer - Afternoon Concierge

About the Role:

  • Corporate Concierge Role
  • Location – Perth CBD
  • Part Time afternoon shift
  • 6 hour shifts
  • Level 4
  • Onsite parking available

This role is crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strong Customer Service to tenants, visitors, contractors & clients
  • Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems and Work Order Systems
  • Experience with fire panels is essential
  • Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
  • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Providing support to tenants and clients
  • Managing contractors and deliveries
  • Responding to emergency situations
  • Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Ability to work on an afternoon roster
  • Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
  • Previous experience in Corporate Concierge security role
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV)
  • Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Valid WA Security License
  • Current First Aid
