Key Responsibilities

As a Security Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering training and other programs to MSS employees and contractors;
  • Ensuring operational compliance with MSS Security and customer requirements;
  • Liaising with management and clients to investigate incidents and resolve issues;
  • Assisting with disciplinary actions and ensuring personnel conform to company policy;
  • Conducting regular site visits and ensuring procedures are aligned with site risk factors;
  • Providing advice and guidance on risk and performance management issues;
  • Ensuring all security officers are correctly uniformed and licensed;
  • Promoting customer service and addressing customer dissatisfaction;
  • Reporting and recommending solutions for non-compliances.
