About You

The Education Solution Design and Activation Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of both domestic and international education delivery projects, with a primary focus on the ASEAN region. This role involves close collaboration with executive and senior leaders to develop effective education solutions, oversee project implementation, enhance learning and teaching practices, and provide comprehensive student services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify stakeholders and their learning requirements, allowing for informed recommendations on suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to create tailored training initiatives that leverage CoVE's product suite.
  • Adapt existing products to enable flexible delivery formats, such as online and hybrid models.
  • Map the necessary architecture for delivering identified solutions, ensuring all resources and system requirements are in place.
  • Evaluate operational readiness and financial risks while establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in Education or Training Solution Design, particularly in adapting existing products, frameworks, and delivery models to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Strategic use of existing capabilities, including leveraging and adapting existing training products, services, and capabilities to meet client or industry needs.
  • Effective Stakeholder Engagement, including working independently with stakeholders to identify underlying needs, communicate with influence, and facilitate codesign.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of learning design principles, familiarity with contemporary instructional design and digital pedagogy to ensure learning effectiveness.
  • Project planning and implementation readiness, including developing clear implementation plans, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Commercial acumen, including understanding financial, regulatory, and operational factors in education settings.
  • Strong influencing skills, capability to work with cross-functional project teams to deliver commercially viable projects in adult education settings.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, including presenting solution proposals, producing clear documentation, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in leading projects, particularly in the ASEAN region.
  • A relevant qualification/certification in Training and Assessment or similar, with minimum holding accredited unit TAEDES511 (Design and develop strategies for training and assessment).
  • Project Management Methodology will be highly regarded, e.g., Grad Cert/Grad Diploma of PM, Prince2, Agile.
