Job Title: Care Team Member

Care Team Members play a vital role in our residential care facilities, providing high-quality personal care services to residents with dignity and respect.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing showering, dressing, grooming and assisting with meals and making beds
  • Delivering basic clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration and recording observations
  • Care management for conditions such as diabetes and arthritis
  • Entering reports and observations into our computer program
  • Assisting and following directions of the Care Manager to achieve person-centred care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in an aged care environment
  • An enthusiastic and motivated approach
  • A current First Aid Certificate and valid police check clearance
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
