Empowering Independence in the Community
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide essential care for elderly clients in their own homes.
- This permanent part-time position offers flexible work hours, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. You will assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, while also providing transport support for appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly clients, helping them to maintain their dignity and autonomy in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
- Provide transport support for appointments, shopping trips, and social activities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred
- Provisional or full Australian driving license and access to a reliably insured vehicle
- Ability to accommodate the evolving needs and schedules of clients
