About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. You will assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, while also providing transport support for appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily tasks such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
  • Provide transport support for appointments, shopping trips, and social activities
  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred
  • Provisional or full Australian driving license and access to a reliably insured vehicle
  • Ability to accommodate the evolving needs and schedules of clients
