Maintenance Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead maintenance on our High-Capacity Metro Trains fleet. The successful candidate will work a flexible 24/7 roster and be responsible for planning, technical supervision, and support of the multi-skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance schedule and ensure targets are met
  • Provide frontline leadership and technical expertise to the workforce
  • Carry out projects to improve efficiency in the depot and network
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
  • Significant experience in rolling stock maintenance and operations
  • Leadership experience driving high-performing teams
  • Proven skills in maintenance planning and scheduling management
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement techniques
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and implement change initiatives
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required
