About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our paid search efforts, developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that drive business growth.

You'll be responsible for planning, optimising, and executing high-performing paid search campaigns across a range of platforms, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end search marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform developments, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign performance
  • Present and articulate approach, ideas, and developments to stakeholders and the wider team
  • Ensure campaign budgets are spent according to plan and delivery meets target expectations
  • Provide regular reporting, ensuring details are clear and accurate
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in end-to-end search marketing, with a proven track record of driving performance outcomes
  • Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360
  • Effective leadership skills, with experience managing team members
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities
