As a Sustainability Ratings Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic account by delivering high-quality sustainability ratings and certifications.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A tertiary qualification in Sustainability, Engineering, or Property is essential, as well as several years of experience in sustainability within the building environment.

NABERS (Offices) and CBD Assessor accreditation, as well as NABERS Carbon Neutral Assessor accreditation, are also required.

  • Deliver accurate and timely NABERS ratings and certifications

  • Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance

  • Support monthly monitoring of sustainability data across the office portfolio

  • Facilitate data-driven analytics to enhance energy and water efficiency

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives

  • Conduct TLA assessments and prepare certification submittals

  • Assist in achieving account KPIs and improving asset-level sustainability performance

  • Provide insights for ESG ratings and investor disclosures
