Hospitality Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our housekeeping team as a Hospitality Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is evident in all rooms, completing cleaning tasks on time and within allocated hours, and maintaining a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients, and contractor personnel.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a cohesive unit, utilizing provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training. You will also be required to check the quality of cleaning in other rooms and participate in Room Attendant training and induction support.

• You have experience in a hotel or resort environment and are able to work a variety of shifts as required.
• You possess excellent attention to detail, a friendly personality, and a positive outlook.
• You are motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering a high-end guest experience.
• You are able to multi-task in a busy environment and have great communication skills.
