ACH Group have multiple permanent shifts available for hospitality professionals, for Catering Assistant positions located at ACH Group's Residential Care Home.
- Kapara in Glenelg
**Shifts Available**:
Monday - Sunday
- 0700 - 1300
- 1500 - 1930
The above times are a guide and may vary slightly from site to site.
**What you'll do**:
Reporting to the Hotel Service Coordinator you will support the preparation and distribution of delicious meals for the Residential Care Home.
- Meal preparation and distribution
- Deliver expert customer service
- Maintain documentation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support the site with other general kitchen duties and much more
**You will need**:
- Meal preparation/food handling experience
- Excellent documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for supporting choice and independence
- High level customer service experiences
- Share the ACH Group culture and values
***It would be helpful if you had**:
- A food handling certificate
- An understanding of the dietary requirements of older people
- Experience in a similar role
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old
