Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Canberra, ACT. As a key player in the successful execution of multiple landmark projects, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of various projects across the city.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day running of on-site operations, ensuring compliance with WHS regulations and managing subcontractors effectively.
- Develop and implement structures and finishes focus, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions, promoting a culture of safety and collaboration.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Trade qualification in carpentry or similar trade.
- Demonstrated project experience above $20M.
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers.
- High-rise commercial and residential experience is highly desirable.
