About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior Supplier Management Specialist and take on a key role in driving business growth and success. Based in Sydney, you will be responsible for managing suppliers in line with our Supplier Lifecycle Framework, ensuring effective relationships and delivery of programs that reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage suppliers in accordance with the Supplier Lifecycle Framework, ensuring timely delivery of services and cost savings opportunities.
  • Attend supplier meetings and forums, representing our interests and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance, reduce costs, and enhance overall value.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of supplier-related initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on supplier performance, recommending improvements and areas for optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering open communication and resolving issues promptly.
