Net Technical Lead Role

We are seeking a skilled Net Technical Lead to join our organization in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software developers, driving technical architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions using C# and React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers in an Agile environment.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Drive the technical architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions using C# and React.
  • Work with Product Owners on sizing, estimates, priorities, and best approaches for delivery.
  • Bring in new practices and tools to maintain or increase the team's code quality.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of C# experience.
  • 3-5+ years of React front-end development experience.
  • Extensive cloud-based experience (ideally AWS, but will be fully trained if you have Azure or GCP).
  • Extensive SQL database query development with hands-on corporate database production support experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Significant experience in designing and setting up software architectures.
  • Keen follower of best practices and applies them to the code base.
  • Excellent technical decision-making skills.
