Key Responsibilities:

  • Team leadership: Supervise, motivate, and direct a group of experienced accounting staff members.
  • Credit management: Establish relationships with customers to resolve payment disputes and negotiate settlements.
  • Invoice processing: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, along with supporting documentation.
  • System integration: Maintain interfaces between various financial systems, such as Microsoft Excel and ERP software.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional certification: Hold a CPA or CA qualification and be committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in a related finance role.
  • Technical skills: Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and have knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Desirable: One year of experience in accounts receivable is preferred.
