As a dedicated professional in the field of psychology, we are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our multidisciplinary team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals with disabilities across various sociocultural backgrounds. This will involve conducting comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to determine intervention goals aligned with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Plan objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as a proactive attitude with a passion for improvement. A strong background in the disability sector and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of NDIS participants across the lifespan and from varying sociocultural backgrounds.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to determine intervention goals aligned with NDIS Plan objectives.
- Deliver person-centred interventions with a systemic focus, providing therapeutic support and training to stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working in the disability sector
