Job Role:

We are seeking an accomplished School Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will apply their expertise in educational, clinical and organisational psychology to provide direct psychological services to students.

This permanent part-time (0.2FTE) position offers a dynamic and innovative learning environment that prioritises the social and emotional wellbeing of each student.

The School Psychologist will use a scientist-practitioner approach to deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions in areas such as mental health, behaviour, learning, disability and critical incident management.

In addition, the School Psychologist will work collaboratively with school staff, parents and other agencies to enhance student outcomes through the development and implementation of student support services and programs.

Beyond core responsibilities, Senior School Psychologists will take on additional leadership roles contributing to the evaluation of psychology practices and regional priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality direct psychological services to students including evidence-based assessments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents and external agencies to improve student outcomes.
  • Design and implement tailored student support services and programs.
  • Mentor colleagues and supervise junior psychologists.
